It runs free practical workshops covering skincare, make-up and headwear demonstration that are open to anyone undergoing treatment for any sort of cancer. Workshops are available locally on the Central Coast.

Bras Without Wires creates beautiful non-wired bras in natural fibres without compromising fit and style. Stephanie Devine, CEO and founder, created the orginal 'Annie Bra' when she was unable to find a soft wire-free bra after surgery for breast cancer.

BreastScreen NSW

BreastScreen NSW aims to improve the survival rates of women with breast cancer by providing free screening mammograms to women aged 50-74 years. This service aims to detect breast cancer early, before it has a chance to spread. Early detection of cancer increases the treatment options available and improves the chance of survical. Screening centres are available on the Central Coast.

Dragons Abreast Australia is a national organisation comprised of breast cancer survivors. Its mission is to encourage wellness, fitness, fun and camaraderie for breast cancer survivors through the sport of dragon boating. theCoastbusters is the local group on the Central Coast. 

National Breast Cancer Foundation

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is a community funded national organisation that raises money for research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer. NBCF is working towards a goal of zero deaths from breast cancer by 2030.

Westmead Breast Cancer Institute

Westmead Breast Cancer Institute (BCI) is one of Australia's leading organisation in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. The 'Fact Sheets' section provides useful information to patients with breast cancer and benign breast disease.

YWCA Encore Breast Cancer Exercise Program

YWCA Encore is an exercise program designed specifically for women who have experienced mastectomy, lumpectomy or breast reconstruction surgery at any time in their lives. Based around land and pool exercises, it is safe, fun and therapeutic. Encore can help you strengthen and tone your arms, shoulder and chest, regain mobility and improve your general fitness. Programs are available locally on the Central Coast.
